DEVELOPMENT: We based our McLaren downpipes around 3.5″ piping for the best possible sound and support for increased horsepower. If you plan on tuning the vehicle or running upgrade turbos SOUL downpipes are designed to support anything you can throw at them. We made a conscious decision to retain the factory McLaren 600LT heat shields for their proven effectiveness and a clean, factory-like installation and finish. Incorporating high-flow catalytic converters – designed to withstand extreme abuse – let you hear your turbos clear as day with no check engine lights or noxious fumes. You’ll enjoy the cabin presence and beautiful engine note from the 3.8L power plant with no droning in the cabin, only an intoxicating mechanical chorus.
CONSTRUCTION: Each set of downpipes is assembled out of thick wall .065″ T304L stainless steel and rigorously quality checked in-house. Smooth mandrel bends and thick flanges ensure product longevity. After testing in a fixture to ensure perfect fitment, each set is foam packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
