DEVELOPMENT
We wanted to create a solution to unlock extra exhaust flow from the 570 / 540 platform while improving sound quality in as simple a design as possible. For this twin turbo application we incorporated an H pipe / talk tube which helps to smooth out the exhaust note for a more refined sounding exhaust. Cross over piping design cuts down on rasp and resonance, especially on catless cars. Our original version of this exhaust was ceramic coated for heat retention but is now heat shielded for maximum reduction in radiant heat dissipation and longevity.
HAND-CRAFTED CONSTRUCTION
Mandrel bent, durable .065″” T304L stainless steel tubing
Back purged TIG welding (with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas) ensures proper weld penetration for exceptional strength and longevity
Water jet cut brackets are made to ISO 9001:2015 standards with ultra-tight tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for extreme precision
Fabricated using thick-gauge aluminum fixtures that act as a heat sink during the welding process to prevent any warpage
Heat-shielded in-house at critical areas to minimize radiant heat
BOLT ON AND GO
Every component undergoes rigorous quality control and is fixture-tested to guarantee precise fitment. After passing QC, each Sport Exhaust is carefully foam-packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. A new turbo gasket and necessary hardware is included.
