How do I know if a wheel will fit my car?
Every wheel is built to order with your exact fitment in mind — offset, bore, and hardware are confirmed before production. Submit an inquiry with your year, make, model, and trim and our team will verify fitment and flag anything to watch for (brake clearance, ride height, tire pairing) before you commit.
Are you an authorized dealer for the brands you carry?
Yes. House of Fuel works directly with our manufacturing partners and authorized distributors to guarantee 100% authentic products. This ensures you receive genuine parts backed by the full manufacturer warranty and support.
What is the lead time on a wheel order?
Most forged wheel programs run 6–8 weeks from deposit. Cast and in-stock sets ship faster. Your quote will list an exact production window, and expedited builds are sometimes available — ask during your inquiry.
What is your return policy on wheels?
Because each wheel set is built to your spec, custom orders are non-returnable once production begins. If something arrives damaged or not as quoted, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll handle replacements and any warranty claim on your behalf.
Can I order a wheel or finish that isn't listed?
Yes. Most of our manufacturers offer hundreds of finishes beyond what's shown on the site, plus custom PPG color matching. Mention what you're after in your inquiry and we'll source it.
