HOUSE OF FUEL RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
House of Fuel accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. Moshammer products are excluded from our standard 30-day return policy and are subject to the separate terms below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a discretionary return, products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original, unaltered condition and packaging. All accessories, hardware, instructions, and original tags must be included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Products that have been painted, wrapped, drilled, modified, installed, damaged through handling, or altered during test fitting are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email info@houseoffuel.us with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
All returns require prior written authorization. If approved, we will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. Return locations may vary by product or manufacturer.
Ship approved returns within 14 calendar days of authorization unless we provide a different deadline in writing. Return authorization permits inspection and does not guarantee a refund.
Products sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may be refused.
RETURN SHIPPING & RELATED EXPENSES
For discretionary returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If House of Fuel provides a return shipping label, its cost will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, House of Fuel does not reimburse painting, wrapping, fabrication, installation, removal, reinstallation, diagnostic work, tuning, labor, or other preparation and service expenses associated with a product, return, fitment issue, or warranty claim.
Return authorization or warranty approval does not authorize reimbursement of these expenses. Any expense reimbursement must be expressly approved by House of Fuel in writing.
These exclusions do not apply where payment or reimbursement is required by applicable law.
RETURN PACKAGING & TRANSIT
Products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
For discretionary returns shipped using a customer-selected carrier, customers are responsible for loss or damage during return transit to the extent permitted by law. We recommend tracked shipping and insurance for the full product value.
Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is completed.
FITMENT & INSPECTION BEFORE INSTALLATION
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, trim, and relevant modifications, and review the product’s stated fitment before purchasing.
Inspect the product and confirm its part number, condition, and compatibility before painting, wrapping, modifying, or installing it. If the product appears damaged, incorrect, or incompatible, stop work and contact info@houseoffuel.co before incurring further expenses.
Customer-selected fitment errors are subject to the applicable return restrictions. If House of Fuel supplied incorrect fitment information or shipped an incorrect product, contact us for review and an appropriate resolution.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact info@houseoffuel.co promptly if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the product, shipping carton, packaging, and shipping label.
Report shipping damage immediately, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, and ask the carrier to document visible packaging damage. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Do not install, paint, wrap, modify, or discard an affected product while the issue is being reviewed.
House of Fuel will evaluate the issue and coordinate the appropriate resolution. Contact us before arranging return shipping or incurring expenses; reimbursement is not automatically authorized.
These reporting instructions and expense exclusions do not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
• Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.
• Special-order products identified as non-returnable before purchase.
• Electronic components.
• Installed, used, painted, wrapped, drilled, or otherwise modified products.
• Sale items and products marked final sale.
• Gift cards.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Custom and made-to-order purchases cannot be canceled once production begins, except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation requests submitted before production begins require written approval. Any applicable cancellation charges will be disclosed before approval.
These restrictions do not override legally required cancellation or refund rights, including rights arising from shipping delays.
MOSHAMMER RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Moshammer products are excluded from House of Fuel’s standard 30-day return policy.
For customers residing in the United States with a US delivery address, Moshammer purchases do not include a guaranteed 14-day change-of-mind return period. Discretionary returns and cancellations require prior written approval from House of Fuel and are not guaranteed.
Approved returns must be complete and in their original, unaltered condition, with all accessories, hardware, instructions, and packaging.
Painting, wrapping, drilling, installation attempts, or test fitting that alters the product will make it ineligible for a discretionary return. Moshammer electronic components and custom-made products are non-returnable for change of mind.
For approved cancellations after processing but before shipment, payment-provider processing fees actually incurred and not recovered will be deducted.
Approved customer-requested cancellations or discretionary returns after shipment are subject to return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee on the total Moshammer portion of the order. For mixed-brand orders, the fee applies only to the Moshammer portion.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.
Report Moshammer shipping damage immediately, within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging. Ask the carrier to document visible packaging damage.
Contact House of Fuel before installing, modifying, or returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect Moshammer product. These reporting instructions do not limit rights available under applicable law.
TARIFFS & IMPORT DUTIES
Tariffs and import duties actually incurred for your order are nonrefundable by House of Fuel, including on approved discretionary returns or cancellations, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Any separately charged tariffs or import duties will be disclosed before purchase. Amounts collected by House of Fuel but not incurred will be refunded.
Charges paid directly to a carrier, customs authority, or another third party are not refunded by House of Fuel. Requests concerning those charges must be directed to the recipient.
RETURN INSPECTION & DEDUCTIONS
We will inspect returned products before approving a refund.
Missing components or damage caused by customer handling or inadequate return packaging may result in a reduced refund or rejection of a discretionary return. We will explain any deduction and provide supporting documentation.
Approved refunds may be reduced by applicable return shipping costs, restocking fees, and other nonrefundable charges disclosed in this policy.
Change-of-mind exclusions, restocking fees, and customer-requested cancellation charges do not apply to remedies House of Fuel is legally required to provide for defective products, incorrect shipments, or other seller errors.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Request a return for the original product and, once approved, place a separate order for the replacement.
Products excluded from discretionary returns are also excluded from change-of-mind exchanges unless House of Fuel approves otherwise in writing.
EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where applicable EU consumer law provides a right of withdrawal, eligible customers may notify House of Fuel within 14 days of delivery that they wish to cancel their purchase without giving a reason, and then return the goods within 14 days of that notification.
Statutory exceptions may apply, including for custom-made or clearly personalized products. Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs where permitted by law and may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Refunds, including standard outbound delivery charges where required, will be processed within the legally required timeframe. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, as permitted by law.
Brand-specific restrictions, fees, and exclusions do not override mandatory consumer rights.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether a refund has been approved.
Approved discretionary refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less applicable charges disclosed in this policy. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Where applicable law requires an earlier refund, that timeframe will apply.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your refund, contact info@houseoffuel.us.
